QC Check Fail

During an impact test, the device performs a QC check.

If the Results screen indicates a QC Check Fail, follow these steps:

  1. Move to a new spot within the same STRIKE testing location.

  2. Check the following:

    • There is nothing obstructing the path of the impact hammer.

    • The face of the impact hammer is clear of any debris.

  3. Check the 4-pin cable connecting the control box to the T-handle.

    Ensure the connections are secured at both ends of the cable.

  4. If the issue persists, submit a support request with Biocore.
