QC Check Fail
During an impact test, the device performs a QC check.

If the Results screen indicates a QC Check Fail, follow these steps:

Move to a new spot within the same STRIKE testing location.

Check the following:

There is nothing obstructing the path of the impact hammer.

The face of the impact hammer is clear of any debris.

Check the 4-pin cable connecting the control box to the T-handle.
Ensure the connections are secured at both ends of the cable.
